Room 406 aircon was thankfully working perfect in the hot weather. As it is my second stay at this hotel, it met my expectations in terms of the location. I was surprised that a 7-eleven has now opened up right next to it and it really brings a lot of convenience to grab last minute gifts for friends rather than walking all the way to the main road outlet just to grab something. Housekeeper has also made my room clean and provided fresh towels on my bed daily.

There aren't any facilities there to talk about, their cafe is also now no longer in operation, perhaps the management need to do something about it. The water pot in room 406 is rusting, for health reasons, my parents advised me not to use it. The shower gel in my room on the first day was apparently a left over bottle, i finished the shower gel and had to request for more, but staff at reception was talking among themself that they usually provide only 1 set a day. For my parents room, they ran out of toilet paper and it was same feedback. I think Amenities like shower gel and toilet paper should be readily available for the guests and not set rules like only 1 set is given per day. During my visit, the temperature in Bangkok was as high as 38 degree, you do not stop your guests from taking showers that is needed to keep themself fresh as and when they return to the hotel from the hot weather.

The room has a soft and clean bed with several plugs in the room.

Employees have to accept, rarely pay attention to customers, talk loudly, can't speak English with foreigners. The condition of the hotel is very old, looking at the outside does not know that it is a hotel like an abandoned building. The location is located in a narrow sob and taxis rarely pass. The room does not have a window that has a beautiful view, but the building next door can be seen. The lead room is not very clean, there are no towels and tissues provided. Overall not worth the money spent.

Good location close to raillink and BTS. Friendly staff. Comfy mattress. Room was clean and quite spacious (but they upgraded my room because of availability, so not sure about the size of the standard rooms).

Staff told me to not lower the AC beneath 22 degrees. Other than that everything was simply okay.

Hotel is located nearby the airport link. It’s close to the center.

Staff really friendly. They always do the best to help us. Walk quite far from the main road but it near 711 convenient store, market...

Es hat sich viel verändert die Lage ist trotzdem gut da in der Nähe der Sky Train hält.Zum schlafen ist es manchmal auch sehr laut .Das Personal ist aber sehr freundlich.

Es gibt kein Frühstück mehr,und auch das Cafe der Massage Salon hinter dem Hotel die auf das Zimmer kamen und auch viele Geschäfte sind weg die damals meinen Urlaub verschönert haben .Es gibt auch kein frühes Frühstück und keiner bestellt dir ne Taxe aber trotzdem war es ganz okay und es wird bald besser wenn die Leute mehr Reisen
